Unfortunately, all sales are FINAL. We are unable to offer refunds. Every item is customized, hand made to order. Please contact us at Rachel@justbeaditbyrachel.com with any questions or concerns you may have before placing an order to ensure sizing is accurate.
In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will be glad to help with any issues! Refunds or exchanges for special requests will be made on a case by case basis by the merchant, valid for store credit only.
